January 1, 2019:
*No-shows and Cancellations:
There will be a $25 fee for no-shows or cancelled appointments
with less than 24 hours notice.
*All out-of-pocket
chiropractic rates will be increased by $5.00 per visit. (Wellness packages purchased
by Dec. 31st will be honored into 2019 at current rates).
*We will be closed
on Tuesdays. Our office hours will be Monday and Wednesday 9-12 and 2-6 and
Saturdays 10-1 with both Chiropractic and Massage available each day.
