Maternity Leave Notice
I would like to begin by thanking you for the opportunity to work with you as a chiropractor and healthcare provider. As you may know, I am expecting my second child soon. I am notifying you that I will begin maternity leave in January and my last day at Morris Family Chiropractic will be Saturday January 17, 2015.
Upon my return to work, I will be opening a new office located at 5546 Boynton Drive in Ringgold, GA. The office will be easily accessible from I-75 (as well as several backroads) and will have morning and afternoon hours available. My new office is expected to open in Spring 2015 and I will keep you updated as this time approaches.
